Do you watch the news? The great Euphrates River is just over 1700 miles long and it is drying up as prophesied! Revelation 16:12. The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the East.
The following was written March 3rd 2023 in an article in AZ Animals.
"The Euphrates River has been drying up for years, (did you know that?) but why? Some of the many reasons why is the multiple dams, droughts, water policies and misuse. Many families in Iraq that rely on the river are desperate for water. The number one reason that the Euphrates River is drying up is low rainfall.
In Iraq, they are battling the worst drought they’ve ever seen. Along with droughts, Iraq and the surrounding area also suffers from climate change and rising temperatures. This has been a problem for decades. Over 7 million people are affected by the river drying up. Because of low rainfall, high temperatures, and the drying of the river, crops are failing, which has led to over 800 families leaving the villages around the Euphrates River."
If you have been watching the news you will have seen quite large fishing boats and many smaller ones sitting high and dry on dusty wind-blown soil that was once river bed.

Context Summary
Revelation 16:8–16 reports what happens when the fourth, fifth, and sixth angels emptied their bowls of God's wrath. It continues the Apostle John's description of the bowl judgments which began in Revelation 16:1–7. The fourth and fifth bowl judgments resemble some of the events of the trumpet judgments, but are much more intense. These events occur just prior to the return of Christ to subdue His enemies and establish His kingdom on earth (Revelation 17—19).
